Admission Procedure
All applications for our Academic programs must be made on the prescribed Application Form Online/Offline. The Online as well as Offline Application Forms are available on the University website. Please fill the application form carefully and submit it along with online payment/demand draft of non-refundable admission processing charges of Rs.1100/- in favour of Shobhit University, Gangoh payable at Gangoh.
Short listed applicants will be invited for a Personal Interview. Overall objective is to identify and assess candidate's communication ability, in addition to his/her overall knowledge base.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in any discipline under 10+2+3 system from a recognized University. Candidates appearing in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible, provided they furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2016.
The candidate must clear any of the university approved eligibility test such as CAT / XAT / MAT / SU MAT'16. A cut off rank for all the above exams will be decided by the Admission Committee.
Research Programs
Admission to M.Phil. / Ph.D. Programs is open to a student who passed Master’s Degree with minimum 55% or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject. (for details click the concern course).
Separate boys and girls Hostels are avaiable on campus with modern facilities and vegetarians mess. The current charges for boarding and lodging are Rs. 55000/- per academic session. A Refundable Hostel Caution Money of RS. 10,000/- shall be paid once at the time of Admission.
Candidates studying a course approved by Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2+3 system of India are eligible to apply. The candidate should obtain an Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, A.I.U. House, 16 Comrade Indrajit Gupta Marg (Kotla Marg) New Delhi 110002.
